  5. Vermont Views v4.0 is a user interface development system that includes the
  6. interactive Vermont Views Designer and the Vermont Views Libraries.  The
  7. Vermont Views Designer is an easy-to-use, menu-driven editor for creating
  8. data-entry forms and menus for use with the Vermont Views C-language
  9. libraries.  Define data fields, tickertape fields, memo fields, and scrollable
  10. regions on data forms.  Define selectable items on menus.  Draw lines and
  11. boxes.  Edit several forms simultaneously.  Customers create the appearance
  12. and behavior of the user interface by setting any of the numerous options and
  13. specifying links between forms, menus, and sub-menus.  Use of binary files to
  14. store form information reduces the amount of code and maintenance requirements
  15. and speeds development of prototypes.  In the application, either read the
  16. forms and menus in from the the binary file or use generated C source code.
  17. Notes attached to objects and forms, project management data and report
  18. generator provide built-in documentation for the user interface.
